Andhra Pradesh to strengthen rural infrastructure with ₹8,000 crore
Andhra Pradesh Energy Minister Gottipati Ravi Kumar said the State government is investing ₹8,000 crore to improve rural infrastructure. He emphasized that the development of villages is the foundation of the State’s overall growth.

Speaking in Ongole, the Minister assured people that ongoing development works in the Kanigiri constituency will continue without any interruption. He said the funds will be used for better roads, drinking water supply, electricity, sanitation, and other basic facilities in villages.

Ravi Kumar explained that strengthening rural infrastructure will improve living conditions, create job opportunities, and support farmers and local communities. He also highlighted the government’s focus on education, health, and clean energy in rural areas.

The Minister called on officials and local leaders to ensure the funds are used effectively and projects are completed on time. He said that these efforts will help make villages more prosperous and self-reliant, contributing to the State’s overall progress.
