The Bhu Bharati Portal has started in Telangana to improve land record services for farmers. The state government launched a pilot project of the Bhu Bharati Portal in five mandals before expanding it across the state.
The new digital platform helps people access land details quickly. Farmers can check land records, apply for services, and track their applications online. The system also provides services like land registration, survey maps, and corrections in land data.
The pilot project is running in Kosgi in Narayanpet district, Amangal in Ranga Reddy district, Vatpally in Sangareddy district, Kusumanchi in Khammam district, and Aswaraopeta in Bhadradri Kothagudem district.
The portal also includes an appeal system. Citizens can track reports submitted by revenue officials. Aadhaar login and OTP verification help keep the system secure.
Officials will review the pilot project and fix issues if needed. After that, the government plans to expand the Bhu Bharati Portal to more mandals across Telangana.
