A Bihar headmaster suspended after linking Nepal violence to India has sparked major controversy. Rajesh Kumar Yadav, headmaster of Kachmoh Primary School in Araria, made anti-national remarks in a viral video. The Education Department, following District Magistrate Anil Kumar’s instructions, took strict action.
Officials confirmed that the headmaster’s comments were against teacher conduct and government service rules. DEO Sanjay Kumar said such behavior insults the dignity of the teaching profession and violates departmental rules. The suspension was ordered under the Bihar Government Servants Rules, 2005.
During the suspension period, his headquarters will be at the Block Resource Center, Sikati. Authorities have called it a serious crime for a government employee to express such views about the country. Strict instructions have been issued to ensure necessary action.
This incident highlights how government employees are expected to maintain discipline, avoid anti-national remarks, and respect service conduct rules. The Bihar headmaster suspended case has now become a reminder of the accountability of teachers in public service.
