The Bihar NDA seat-sharing talks have become intense as allies push their seat demands before the BJP. RLSP chief Upendra Kushwaha has submitted a list of 24 seats, including Madhubani, Ujiarpur, Mahua, and Sasaram. The BJP is reviewing this proposal while other allies like HAM’s Jitan Ram Manjhi and LJP’s Chirag Paswan are also demanding 15 and 30 seats respectively.
Recently, Bihar BJP election in-charges Dharmendra Pradhan and Vinod Tawde met Kushwaha at his Patna residence for a 45-minute discussion focused on seat distribution. Pradhan also met HAM founder and Union Minister Jitan Manjhi and JDU’s Lallan Singh earlier.
However, the Bihar NDA seat-sharing issue remains unresolved. The alliance faces pressure from all sides, and with the Assembly elections nearing, the BJP must balance the demands of its allies to avoid internal rifts.
