Bihar New Year 2026: Three Lakh Jobs and 10 Lakh Employment Opportunities has brought fresh hope for lakhs of young people in the state. On the occasion of the New Year, the Bihar government announced a major plan to expand jobs and employment across multiple sectors.
Under this initiative, the state aims to provide around three lakh government jobs in the coming months. These jobs will be offered in departments such as police, administration, education, and health. Recruitment processes have already started for several posts, and more vacancies will be notified soon.
Along with government jobs, the focus is also on private-sector growth. The government expects nearly ten lakh employment opportunities to be created through industries, services, startups, and small businesses during 2026. This move targets both skilled and semi-skilled workers.
The plan also includes internship and skill-development programs for young people. Thousands of youths will receive training and work experience with a monthly stipend, helping them become job-ready.
