The Bihar Weather Update shows a noticeable change in weather across the state after a recent thunderstorm. The sky remained cloudy in several districts, and temperatures dropped slightly, giving people relief from the rising heat.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), many districts experienced strong winds, lightning, and light rainfall during the storm. After the thunderstorm passed, clouds continued to cover the sky in many places, which helped reduce daytime temperatures.
Meteorologists say the weather changed due to moisture and atmospheric instability over eastern India. Wind speeds during the storm reached around 30–40 km per hour in some areas. Officials advised residents to stay cautious during lightning activity.
The Bihar Weather Update also suggests that cloudy conditions may continue in parts of the state over the next few days. Light rain or isolated thunderstorms remain possible in northern and eastern districts.
Meanwhile, temperatures in cities like Patna are expected to stay around the mid-30°C range, slightly lower than earlier forecasts because of cloud cover.
