Hyderabad: BRS president and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) has directed party leaders to focus on constituencies represented by rebel MLAs and prepare the party machinery for upcoming local body elections, including the Jubilee Hills by-election.
On Wednesday, a key meeting was held at Erravalli residence with KCR, BRS Working President KTR, former ministers Vemula Prashanth Reddy and G. Jagadeesh Reddy, MLC Takkallapalli Ravindraraju, and former MP Santosh. KCR outlined strategies to approach voters, manage public perception of the government, and align party messaging effectively. Leaders from Manuguru who recently joined BRS also met KCR.
Separately, a special BRS leadership meeting took place at Telangana Bhavan to discuss the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency. MLAs K.P. Vivekanand, Mutha Gopal, Dasoju Shravan, Shambhipur Raju, L. Ramana, former Deputy CM Mahmood Ali, and other party leaders attended. The team decided to examine voter lists by divisions and booths, set up minority committees, and plan another session chaired by KTR to finalize strategies.
