Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu announced a major housing initiative to benefit the homeless across the state. Speaking on Saturday, he revealed that 3 lakh houses will be sanctioned before Diwali under the ambitious Houses for All scheme. The CM further stated that 6.15 lakh houses will be completed and ready for occupation by June next year, ensuring rapid progress in the housing sector.
Naidu emphasized that the government’s ultimate goal is to provide a home for every eligible family in Andhra Pradesh by 2029. He assured that all necessary steps, including streamlined approvals and timely funding, will be taken to meet these deadlines.
This announcement comes as a big relief for thousands of low-income families waiting for housing support. The initiative not only addresses the basic need for shelter but also aims to boost infrastructure development and improve living standards across the state.
