Commercial Cylinder Prices Increased Again: Businesses Face Higher LPG Costs

Commercial cylinder prices increased again in India from June 1

Commercial cylinder prices increased again from June 1, bringing fresh financial pressure on businesses across India. Commercial cylinder prices increased again as oil marketing companies revised LPG rates for the new month. The latest hike affects 19-kg commercial LPG cylinders widely used by hotels, restaurants, catering services, and small businesses.

According to industry reports, the price of a commercial LPG cylinder has increased by ₹42 to ₹53.50, depending on the city. In Delhi, the price of a 19-kg commercial cylinder now stands at around ₹3,113.50.

The increase is expected to raise operating costs for restaurants and other commercial establishments. Many business owners may have to adjust their expenses as fuel costs continue to rise.

However, there is some relief for households. Oil companies have not changed the price of domestic LPG cylinders this month. The latest revision applies only to commercial LPG cylinders.

Industry experts say global fuel market conditions and supply concerns have influenced the latest price revision. Businesses that depend heavily on LPG are likely to feel the impact in the coming weeks.
