The announcement came from Rajat Grover, founder and CEO of Elite Marque, a PR firm based in Delhi. He said employees will receive ₹10,000 reimbursement and three days of fully paid leave to take their parents on a short vacation. These leaves will not be deducted from their regular leave balance.
Grover explained that parents sacrifice their time, dreams, and energy for their children. He encouraged employees to talk with their parents and fulfill a wish or travel plan they always wanted.
