“Delhi Trade Fair 2025 Traffic Advisory: Routes to Avoid”

“Traffic congestion near Pragati Maidan during Delhi Trade Fair 2025”

With the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 underway at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, Delhi Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory for commuters. The fair, running from November 14 to 27, 2025, attracts thousands of visitors daily, leading to significant congestion in and around the venue.

Non-visiting commuters are advised to avoid roads near Pragati Maidan, including Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, Ring Road, Shershah Road, and Purana Quila Road, or to plan alternate routes to ensure smooth travel across the city. This advisory is particularly important during peak hours and weekends, when visitor traffic is expected to be highest.

The Supreme Court Metro station serves as the closest stop to the fair venue, offering an efficient alternative for visitors using public transport. Commuters traveling nearby are urged to use alternative routes or public transport options to minimize delays and traffic snarls.

The Delhi Trade Fair 2025, inaugurated by Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, is one of India’s largest cultural and trade exhibitions. While it provides a vibrant showcase of products, innovations, and cultural performances, the surge in traffic around Pragati Maidan necessitates careful travel planning.

Authorities have also reminded visitors to follow traffic rules, designated entry and exit points, and parking regulations to ensure safety and a smooth experience for everyone attending the fair. By taking note of these advisories, non-visiting commuters can avoid delays, while visitors can enjoy a hassle-free trip to the Delhi Trade Fair 2025.
