Following the latest population census , the central government is set to initiate the delimitation process , which will redraw the boundaries of parliamentary and assembly constituencies . Currently, in Telangana, 38 assembly segments span across two or three districts . After delimitation, these segments, along with newly created constituencies, are expected to fall entirely within a single district .
