India’s Energy Reserves in India remain stable despite global oil market uncertainty. Officials said the country has enough crude oil and fuel stocks to meet demand. The assurance came after a high-level meeting led by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh amid concerns about global supply disruptions.
Officials from the Petroleum Ministry said refineries across the country are operating normally. Petrol, diesel, and LPG supplies continue without disruption. Authorities confirmed that no fuel shortages or dry-outs have been reported at petrol stations or LPG distribution points.
In the past three days alone, more than 12.6 million LPG cylinders were delivered to households against 11.4 million bookings. This indicates strong distribution and stable reserves.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also urged citizens to reduce fuel consumption. He encouraged people to use public transport, carpool, and adopt electric vehicles. These steps can help conserve Energy Reserves in India during global market instability.
