Hyderabad: On Friday, the stage at Shilpakala Vedika in Madapur witnessed a spellbinding Bharatanatyam debut performance by sisters Harshita Reddy and Ruchita Reddy . Their exquisite grace, rhythmic precision, and emotive expressions left the audience enthralled throughout the evening.
The performance showcased a blend of intricate elements such as Shanmukha Kautvam , Alaripu , Jatiswaram , Shabdam , Padavarnam , and Abhinaya , along with thematic pieces like Ramachandra Bhajan, Tillana, and Mangalam . The sisters captivated the audience with their flawless footwork, synchronized movements, and ability to convey deep emotions through classical dance techniques.
Their dedication and mastery of Bharatanatyam drew appreciation from prominent gurus in attendance. Karnataka music expert Dr. Meenakshi Padmanabham and Bharatanatyam teacher Dr. P. Indirahem personally congratulated the performers for their artistry and discipline.
