Former Chief Minister Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy on Tuesday said the Coalition government has turned A.P. into ‘Jungle Raj’. He accused the ruling alliance of failing to govern effectively and protect public welfare.
Addressing party leaders in Vijayawada, Jagan said key sectors like education, healthcare, and agriculture have suffered severe neglect. He claimed schools and hospitals now lack proper support, while farmers face rising input costs and falling incomes.
Jagan alleged that several welfare schemes promised during the elections were either diluted or stopped altogether. He said these programmes once helped the poor, women, and students, but the present government ignored their needs.
The YSR Congress Party chief also accused the coalition of encouraging corruption and weakening law and order. He said ordinary citizens now feel unsafe and unheard.
Jagan urged party workers to expose what he called governance failures at the grassroots level. He asked them to stay connected with people and highlight broken promises.
The former Chief Minister said the Coalition government has turned A.P. into ‘Jungle Raj’ through poor decisions and misplaced priorities. He added that only a people-focused government can restore trust and stability in the State.
