The Jitan Ram Manjhi HAM Candidates List for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections has been released. Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM), led by former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, has announced the names of six candidates. The party continues its alliance with the NDA.
In the Jitan Ram Manjhi HAM Candidates List, four sitting MLAs have been given a chance to contest again. Romit Kumar has been nominated from Attari, and Lalan Ram from Kutumba. Among the six names, two women candidates have received tickets, reflecting HAM’s effort to promote women in politics.
Deepa Kumari, Jitan Ram Manjhi’s daughter-in-law, will contest from Imamganj, while Jyoti Devi will represent Barachatti. Other candidates include Anil Kumar from Tikari and Prafull Kumar Manjhi from Sikandra. The NDA seat-sharing arrangement includes BJP on 101 seats, JDU on 101, LJP-R on 29, RLM on 6, and HAM on 6 seats.
This announcement shows HAM’s focus on balanced representation and loyalty to old candidates while introducing new faces.
