Joint pains ! Creaking And Crackling ?
In the old days, if we moved very old chairs, the chair would creak and crackle. And sitting in such a chair would move the whole thing, move back and forth or all its joints would creak or the space between the joints would widen and be ready to break. That is why those who sit on it should be careful and better not sit. They would put it in a corner and lean it against the wall, so that one can sit carefully when another chair is not available. Similarly, in our body,with age the space between the joints decreases and the synovial fluid in the middle decreases with age, and the space between the joints becomes narrow, with inflammation and heat accumulating extra cellular fluids and space of the blood vessels and nerves between them decreases causing a jam with a difficult to move or stiffens. Apart from these symptoms, there may be many reasons such as obesity, nutritional deficiencies, lack of exercise, carrying heavy weights, or being subjected to various types of injuries, breaking legs and arms in sports, frequent surgeries, etc. Whatever the reasons, people are not aware of their body structure, do not pay much attention to exercises, and do not take care of themselves from a young age will also result in such conditions for mobility, obesity and stiffness developed on the joints can be is said to be one of the main reasons. Apart from this, the habit of riding bicycles has disappeared from our elders who were using most of the time to commute which made their joints always lubricant and healthy. In this era, children have left everything aside and are increasingly driving motor vehicles even for a shorter distance or not moving at all as everything is reaching effortlessly. In addition to this they are becoming gluttons in eating various types of fatty foods outside,stale foods, fried foods, plenty of aerated drinks, alcohol and, staying up late at night and becoming lazy in schools/offices, sleeping too much on travel Their concentration on studies/work is decreasing due to this conditions.. Parents are also more influenced by their words, buying everything they ask,out of fear and they are struggling to earn money to meet both ends to run the family and also budging to the demands of their children,which indirectly is ruining their health. This is resulting in socio economic, psychological and physical fear affecting their body parts in many ways. Due to this physical stress,joints and their knees and other body functions are hampered, and in many situations where they will wear knee guards. When the word ” money does not just come easily, is so popularised, one has to understand that health also
does not just come freely unless consciously maintained and cannot be bought.
Finally,regular exercise, eating proper nutritious foods,sleeping for 8 hours, yoga, cardio exercises, and cycling all are to be chosen to keep oneself fit. It’s better to join the gym instead of joining the hospital which costs lakhs of rupees. You have to decide for yourself as health is one’s own bigger property when compared to other possessions that one has.
Note: It is difficult to earn money, doctors do not even give consults & medicines. Insurance companies do not give the policy freely without paying money. Therefore, “Protect your joints and avoid the noises.
