Former MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha emphasized that the power of united activists is well understood by Telangana society. Speaking at the Telangana Jagruthi office in Banjara Hills, she welcomed several activists, including former Ranga Reddy District Library President and Congress leader Panduranga Reddy and BSC Malkajgiri in-charge Andugula Satyanarayana, who joined the organization under her presence.
Kavitha recalled the Telangana movement, noting that all activists worked together to achieve the state and stressed that the current goal is to build a socially equitable Telangana. She highlighted the importance of honorable development, and explained that the reunion of veteran activists strengthens their collective mission.
She praised the dedication of Panduranga Reddy, who played a crucial role in the movement despite facing numerous legal challenges, and noted how he was emotionally affected by the death of fellow activist Siripuram Yadayya. Kavitha assured that all activists joining Telangana Jagruthi will be given meaningful roles and urged artists and youth to support the cause.
