The senior leader of the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) and Koduvally MLA was admitted to Meitra Hospital in Kozhikode on Thursday, September 11, 2025. M.K. Muneer, 59, is one of the prominent faces of the IUML. He has served as a minister in previous Kerala governments and is widely respected for his social work and engagement with youth.
