The Lalu Tejashwi RJD Crisis has created serious tension inside the party after the big defeat in the Bihar elections. The anger of workers grew fast, and the situation turned serious when they targeted Tejashwi Yadav’s advisor, Sanjay Yadav. Workers shouted slogans against Sanjay Yadav. Lalu Yadav tried to calm them down, but the anger did not stop. Many RJD leaders openly blamed Sanjay for the party’s problems. They claimed he controlled access to Tejashwi and influenced key decisions.
The crisis worsened after Rohini Acharya and Tejashwi had a major argument over Sanjay Yadav. Rohini said she was abused and attacked when she mentioned his name. Several leaders also accused Sanjay of blocking tickets during distribution.
RJD’s election numbers dropped sharply. The party won only 25 seats, down from 75 earlier. Though it had 23% votes statewide, it still struggled to win seats. In contrast, NDA parties secured higher vote shares in almost every seat they contested.
This deep internal conflict now challenges RJD’s unity and the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav.
