Leaders across India marked Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s death anniversary today with heartfelt tributes. Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy joined them by sharing his message on X. He reflected on Ambedkar’s contribution as the architect of the Constitution. Moreover, he explained that strong nation-building begins with clarity of purpose and responsibility.

Jagan Mohan Reddy stated that true respect for the Constitution comes only through consistent practice. He emphasised that Ambedkar worked tirelessly for equality and justice. Because of this vision, Jagan urged citizens to uphold the values Ambedkar promoted. He noted that these principles continue to guide India’s democratic progress.

During his message, Jagan highlighted the need for equal opportunities for every citizen. He added that rights must be protected without bias or discrimination. As Ambedkar strongly believed in unity, Jagan reminded people to rise above caste, religion, region, and language. In addition, he said that harmony and mutual respect form the foundation of a healthy society.

He admired Ambedkar as a visionary who turned the aspirations of the oppressed into constitutional safeguards.
