LPG Gas Supply Affected in Bihar as the ongoing conflict between Iran and the United States begins to impact energy supplies. The situation has created delays in cooking gas deliveries across several areas of the state.
In Patna and nearby regions, residents reported long waiting times for LPG cylinder refills. Gas agencies are receiving heavy crowds of consumers who want quick deliveries. Officials said the LPG Gas Supply Affected in Bihar situation has reduced domestic cylinder availability by nearly 25 percent in some places.
The shortage has also disrupted commercial cylinders used by hotels, restaurants, and small food vendors. Many businesses now struggle to run daily operations because supply of 19-kg cylinders has slowed since early March.
Authorities have instructed district officials, including SPs and DMs, to monitor hoarding and black marketing. The government expects pressure on supply to continue while global fuel routes remain affected due to the Middle East conflict.
