Naidu Declares 2026 as ‘Year of Decision-Making’ to Boost Tech-Driven Governance
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced that 2026 will be the “Year of Decision-Making” in the State, focusing on technology-driven governance. He made the announcement in Vijayawada on Monday.
The Chief Minister said that AI (Artificial Intelligence) and other digital tools would be used to make government work faster and more efficient. These tools will help reduce the workload of field staff and improve the speed of resolving public complaints.
Mr. Naidu emphasized that technology can improve service delivery across all government departments. He called for the adoption of modern digital systems to ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability in administration.
He also highlighted the need for training staff to use digital tools effectively. The Chief Minister said that by using technology, the government can respond quickly to citizen needs, make better decisions, and ensure that public services reach everyone in a timely manner.
This initiative marks a major step toward modern, efficient governance in Andhra Pradesh.
