Namma Metro faces brief disruption on Yellow Line after a technical snag, causing short delays during the busy Wednesday morning rush. The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) said the issue appeared in one of the trains but was fixed quickly.
Officials explained that the snag slowed train movement for a short period. Many commuters faced delays while traveling toward central Bengaluru. BMRCL engineers reached the spot immediately, inspected the train, and restored services soon after.
This is the fourth technical issue on the Yellow Line since its launch. Regular passengers expressed concern about repeated snags and urged the authorities to ensure smoother operations.
BMRCL said it plans to increase technical checks and improve real-time monitoring to avoid future disruptions. It also thanked passengers for their patience and cooperation during the delay.
