Nara Lokesh Advises New MLAs to Learn and Lead

Nara Lokesh advises new MLAs to learn from seniors, improve coordination, and ensure Andhra Pradesh industrial growth.

TDP National General Secretary and Minister Nara Lokesh said some newly elected MLAs are struggling to understand governance. He observed that lack of experience and awareness is creating coordination issues among them. Lokesh held a review meeting with several ministers at the Chief Minister’s camp office in Undavalli.

During the meeting, Lokesh advised senior MLAs and leaders to mentor the first-time legislators. He said new MLAs must learn from the challenges faced by seniors and understand how they reached their current positions. He emphasized that correcting early mistakes is key to sustaining political success.

Lokesh urged ministers to work collectively to make the Investment Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam on November 14–15 a major success. He said the summit could bring ₹10 lakh crore in investments and create lakhs of direct and indirect jobs across the state.

He instructed every minister to take responsibility for projects under their departments. Lokesh also asked ministers to attend the MSME Parks event on Tuesday and ensure industries are established in their respective districts. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to generating 20 lakh jobs soon.
