Bihar Elections narrow margins are again shaping the political scene this year. In 2020, some seats were won by only 12 votes, others by 113. These Bihar Elections narrow margins show that every single vote counts in this tight race.
Tejashwi Yadav’s RJD missed forming the government by just 12 seats in 2020. Now, as voting begins, those same constituencies may decide who rules Bihar. The first phase of voting will be on November 6, the second on November 11, and counting on November 14.
Several seats had extremely close results last time. RJD’s Anil Kumar Sahni won Kudhani by 712 votes, and JDU’s Krishnamurari Sharan won Hilsa by only 12 votes. In Ramgarh, the margin was 189; in Barbigha, just 113. Other seats like Bhore, Bachhwara, and Parbatta also showed similar tight finishes.
As leaders campaign harder than ever, even a handful of votes may decide Bihar’s future.
