The government says it will create one crore jobs for youth through skill training and district-level skill centers. Women will receive financial help under special schemes, and many women entrepreneurs will be supported to become “Lakhpati Didis.”
A major plan includes ₹10 lakh assistance for families from extremely backward classes. Farmers will benefit from yearly support under the Kisan Samman schemes and better prices for crops through MSP at the Panchayat level.
The state will see new expressways, modern rail lines, and metro services in four cities. Bihar will also get a new Greenfield airport and domestic flights from ten cities. Industrial growth is a major focus, with factories planned in every district.
Free education from KG to PG, help for gig workers, tourism development, and projects to make Bihar flood-free are also included. The government says these steps will improve life for every family in Bihar.
