One Crore Jobs and Employment has become the next major target for Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. While addressing people during his Samriddhi Yatra, the CM said his government now aims to create massive job opportunities for the youth across the state.
He said Bihar has made strong progress in infrastructure, education, health, and basic services under previous development plans. With Saat Nischay-3, the focus will shift towards economic growth and employment generation. The government wants to ensure stable income options for young people and reduce migration.
Nitish Kumar stressed that industries, skill development programs, and private investment will play a key role. The state will encourage the establishment of industries, IT parks, and quality private hospitals to boost jobs. He added that training centers will help youth gain skills needed for modern industries.
The Chief Minister also said the state will work closely with the central government to achieve this goal. Improved law and order, better roads, and digital services will support new investments.
The One Crore Jobs and Employment target reflects the government’s plan to make Bihar self-reliant and economically strong in the coming years.
