Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced that in the past 16 months, his government has invested over ₹1 lakh crore in welfare and development schemes. He underlined the goal of eradicating poverty by 2047, describing this as the driving force behind his “P4 – Zero Poverty” initiative.
Chandrababu highlighted flagship schemes like NTR Bharosa, Anna Canteens, Deepam-2, Talliki Vandanam, and Stri Shakti, asserting they have already brought light into the lives of the underprivileged.
On the occasion of Poverty Eradication Day, he appealed to all citizens to become partners in P4 and participate in the mission to uplift the poorest segments of society.
