PM Modi leads tributes at 350th Shaheedi Diwas as the nation prepares to honour the supreme sacrifice of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji in Kurukshetra. PM Modi leads tributes at 350th Shaheedi Diwas on November 25, where he will pay homage to the ninth Sikh Guru’s unmatched dedication to humanity, faith, and freedom.
The Haryana Government and the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee are jointly organising the commemorative samagam at Jyotisar. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini reviewed all preparations and asked officials to ensure flawless arrangements for the large crowd expected.
During his visit, the Prime Minister will tour the newly developed Mahabharata Anubhav Kendra and inaugurate Panchjanya on the same campus. He will also participate in the International Gita Mahotsav and join the Maha Aarti.
Chief Minister Saini said Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s martyrdom remains a guiding force for courage and human rights. He added that four Nagar Kirtan Yatras are travelling across Haryana and will converge in Kurukshetra on November 24. The main event will take place the next day in the presence of the Prime Minister.
Saini also recalled Haryana’s earlier celebrations of the 550th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji and reaffirmed the state’s commitment to honour Sikh heritage.
