Ritu Jaiswal questions RJD leadership again as the party faces new pressure. She says the party lost its strength after dropping to only 25 MLAs. Ritu Jaiswal questions RJD leadership mainly because she believes the RJD also lost its chance of a new alliance with the JDU.
Ritu Jaiswal, who was denied a ticket, contested as an independent. She received the highest votes among all independents in Bihar. She finished second in Parihar with 65,455 votes. Because of this strong result, she continues to speak against the party leadership.
Recently, she criticised the order to shift Rabri Devi from 10, Circular Road. According to her, this move shows that the party has grown weaker. She also asked whether the government would have taken this step if the RJD still had hope of joining hands with the JDU.
Furthermore, she said the new house allotted to Rabri Devi at 39, Hardinge Road is proof of changing political equations. Lalu Yadav has lived at the old bungalow since 2005. Now, that link may end.
Overall, she believes the RJD failed to protect its position. Therefore, she continues to question every major decision made by the party’s top leaders.
