RPSC Deputy Commandant Exam 2026 will mark the first recruitment examination conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission in the year 2026. The written examination for four posts of Deputy Commandant in the Home Guards Department will be held on January 11, 2026, at the Ajmer district headquarters.

According to the commission, the exam will take place from 12 noon to 2:30 pm and will be conducted in OMR-based format. Candidates will get an additional 10 minutes to fill the fifth option in the answer sheet. The commission has advised all applicants to carefully follow the examination guidelines and report to the exam centre well before time.

RPSC officials confirmed that admit cards will be released on January 8, 2026. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official RPSC website by entering their application number and date of birth. Admit cards will also be available through the SSO portal under the recruitment section.

Carrying a valid original identity proof is mandatory at the examination centre. Candidates must bring a coloured print of their Aadhaar card. If the Aadhaar photo is unclear or outdated, other valid photo IDs such as voter ID, passport, or driving licence will be accepted.

The commission has warned candidates to stay alert against brokers and middlemen. Any attempt to use unfair means will invite strict action.
