Leader of Opposition and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav Raghopur will contest for the third time in the upcoming Bihar elections. He will file his nomination on October 15. Tejashwi, the face of the Grand Alliance, first became an MLA from Raghopur in 2015 and later won again in 2020. Party workers have begun preparations for his nomination event, after which he will address a public meeting.

Discussions on seat-sharing within the Grand Alliance are still ongoing, though an announcement is expected soon. Recently, Tejashwi Yadav met Congress leader Venugopal in Delhi to finalize arrangements. Meanwhile, RJD and Congress have already distributed tickets to some candidates. RJD chief Lalu Yadav has given party symbols to Narendra Singh, Sattanand Sambuddha, and Deepu Singh.
