Tejashwi Yadav Jeevika Sisters Jobs promise has created a buzz before the Bihar elections. Tejashwi Yadav said if his party forms the government, Jeevika sisters will get permanent jobs and earn ₹30,000 monthly. He added that Jeevika Didi’s will also receive ₹5 lakh insurance and ₹2,000 monthly allowance. Yadav announced that all contract workers will be made permanent within 20 months. He further promised that one member in every family would get a government job.
Tejashwi Yadav attacked the Nitish Kumar government, calling it corrupt and unfair to the Jeevika Didi’s. He said his rule will ensure a commission-free and crime-free Bihar. New schemes like “Mai-Behan Yojana” and “Maa-Beti Yojana” will support women with financial aid of ₹1.5 lakh over five years. Yadav assured that all his promises will be implemented once the RJD forms the government.
