RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has strongly warned party MLAs and leaders against lobbying in Patna for election tickets. He made it clear that tickets will not come from rounds in Patna but through hard work in their constituencies. Tejashwi Yadav repeated this point, saying only grassroots efforts will secure tickets.
In a meeting at his residence, he told weak-performing MLAs to improve without delay. He advised party leaders not to announce themselves as candidates, assuring that the final decision will be taken fairly by the leadership. He added that unity and discipline are key for the RJD to win.
Tejashwi also directed leaders to expose the failures of the present government. He said RJD must present a new vision for Bihar that creates jobs and opportunities, so that youth will not be forced to migrate. He asked leaders to carefully update voter lists and ensure that no fake or duplicate names remain. Special focus was given on reaching Dalits and backward communities.
He further attacked CM Nitish Kumar and the BJP, accusing them of misusing the current situation. The meeting ended with a push to strengthen the “Voter Rights Yatra” and expand support at the grassroots.
