Union minister and LJP (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan said Tejashwi Yadav will lose Rajya Sabha election just as he did in the Bihar assembly election. Tejashwi Yadav will lose Rajya Sabha election because the NDA holds strong numbers in the state assembly, Paswan claimed while speaking at a Holi event in Patna.
Paswan said the NDA will win all five Rajya Sabha seats from Bihar. He added that alliance partners stand united and confident about their victory. According to him, the opposition lacks the required numbers to change the outcome.
Meanwhile, the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) plans to contest the polls and remains hopeful about its chances. Party leaders believe political equations could shift in their favour.
The Rajya Sabha election has increased political tension in Bihar. Leaders from both sides have stepped up attacks as the voting date approaches.
