Tejashwi Yadav, the young RJD leader, has filed his nomination from Raghopur for the Bihar Election 2025. In his affidavit, Tejashwi revealed assets worth ₹6.12 crore and a debt of ₹55.52 lakh. The Bihar Election 2025 Tejashwi Yadav affidavit also shows ₹1.5 lakh in cash and both movable and immovable properties.
The 35-year-old leader, who studied till class 9 at Delhi Public School, has 18 criminal cases registered against him, including those linked to protests and the IRCTC scam. Despite this, he remains a strong political force.
Tejashwi, son of Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi, is contesting from Raghopur for the third time. The seat is a stronghold of the Yadav family, where Yadav, Muslim, and EBC voters dominate. His family and supporters joined him during his nomination rally from Patna to Hajipur.
