BJP MP Eatala Rajender on Tuesday (September 17) said that the day holds dual significance for the people of Telangana and India. Speaking to the media in Hyderabad, he remarked that September 17 is remembered as the day Telangana attained liberation.
He also extended greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday , noting that millions across the country are celebrating the occasion with various programs. Rajender praised Modi’s leadership, highlighting the rapid progress Gujarat made under his tenure as Chief Minister and the way India’s global stature has grown since he became Prime Minister.
“India, once seen as a poor nation, is now developing at a remarkable pace under Modi’s guidance ,” he said. Wishing the Prime Minister good health and long life, Rajender expressed hope that Modi will continue to lead the country toward faster development and greater international recognition in the years ahead.
