US President Donald Trump said America has a “virtually unlimited” supply of weapons to sustain prolonged conflicts. He made the remarks on Truth Social as tensions rise amid the Israel-Iran war.
Trump stated that US munitions stockpiles at medium and upper-medium grades have “never been higher or better.” He argued that wars could be fought “forever” using these supplies. He claimed US weapons outperform those of other nations.
However, Trump acknowledged that high-end weapons stockpiles are “not where we want to be.” He said additional advanced systems remain stored in allied countries. The comments come as the US backs Israel in its conflict with Iran. The fighting has intensified across the region in recent days.
Trump also criticised former President Joe Biden for supplying arms to Ukraine. He accused Biden of giving away high-grade equipment without replenishing US reserves. Trump said he rebuilt the military during his first term and continues to strengthen it. He concluded by declaring that the United States is “stocked and ready to win.”
