Prominent names include Dr. Prem Kumar (70), Bijendra Prasad Yadav (79), Harinarayan Singh (80), Amarendra Pratap Singh (78), and Nandkishore Yadav (72). Former Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad and CPI leader Mahboob Alam will also cross 70 soon. Some leaders are promoting their children as successors, preparing for a generational shift.
The real outcome will be seen after ticket distribution. It will show whether veteran MLAs continue, pass the baton to their families, or lose out to younger aspirants.
