YSRCP MLA Tatiparthi Chandrasekhar has strongly criticized Kaikalur MLA Kamineni Srinivas, urging him to stop what he termed as “dirty politics.” Tatiparthi accused Kamineni of lying in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly by claiming that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy had insulted film industry leaders.

Speaking to the media, Tatiparthi stated that it is insufficient for Kamineni to merely retract his comments and request their removal from the official records following reactions from actor Chiranjeevi. He insisted that Jagan, as an assembly witness, should be formally apologized to by Kamineni before any such removal is considered.

The MLA’s remarks highlight ongoing political tensions in the Assembly, where leaders are increasingly clashing over statements involving public figures and the film fraternity. Tatiparthi’s demand underscores the YSRCP’s stance that accountability and respect for both the Chief Minister and cultural icons are paramount in legislative discourse.
