Amaravati: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the newly constructed CRDA (Capital Region Development Authority) building in Amaravati today at 9:54 AM, marking the formal shift of urban administration operations to the state’s capital region.
Officials announced that all departments under the Municipal and Urban Development Ministry and CRDA jurisdiction will now function from this modern facility. Farmers from surrounding areas have been invited to attend the event, symbolizing their vital role in the capital’s development.
Until now, farmers and residents had to travel to Vijayawada for administrative work. With the launch of this new building, the government aims to make Amaravati the administrative hub of Andhra Pradesh, furthering CM Chandrababu’s vision of building a world-class capital city that integrates governance, development, and citizen convenience.
