Satish Yadav Bihar BSP MLA Satish Yadav, the only BSP legislator in Bihar, met party chief Mayawati in Delhi. He won the Ramgarh seat in Kaimur district by just 30 votes. During the meeting, he shared a photo and said that Behenji’s heart is as pure as a mother’s. He also thanked her for guiding him in his political journey. Mayawati later expressed her concern about the case filed against 250 BSP workers. The workers protested after the counting for the Ramgarh seat got delayed. She demanded a fair probe and asked police not to take action until the investigation finishes.
Satish Yadav defeated BJP’s Ashok Singh and RJD’s Ajit Singh. This was his second election. In 2024, after MLA Sudhakar Singh resigned, BSP gave Satish another chance. He lost earlier by 1,362 votes, but this time he won.
Satish comes from a political family. His uncle Ambika Yadav won the Ramgarh by-poll in 2009. Many from his family contested elections over the years. After a narrow loss in 2024, Satish made a strong comeback and secured a five-year term.
