In a strong message on law and order, Samrat Choudhary orders fast action across the state. The Bihar Chief Minister held a high-level meeting with District Magistrates (DMs) and Superintendents of Police (SPs) in Patna and gave clear instructions to improve policing and governance.
During the meeting, Samrat Choudhary orders fast action in criminal cases. He directed police to arrest accused persons within 48 hours of any serious crime, including murder. He also said people should see visible action within 12–13 hours after an incident.
The chief minister asked officials to show strong leadership and ensure criminals do not feel confident in breaking the law. He stressed zero tolerance for crime, corruption, and communal violence.
Choudhary also instructed DMs and SPs to meet citizens daily between 10 am and 1 pm to hear their problems and resolve them quickly. He encouraged officers to work closely with the public to improve governance and development.
The meeting focused on improving law enforcement, speeding up investigations, and ensuring safety, especially for women and children.
