Bihar employment roadmap is now moving faster as the state plans major steps to support its young population. The government has launched a clear plan to create jobs for 10 million youth in the next five years. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that three new departments will soon start working. These include the Department of Youth, Employment and Skill Development, the Department of Higher Education, and the Department of Civil Aviation. The Bihar employment roadmap focuses on improving skills and expanding job options for the youth.
Over the next five years, the government aims to train young people for skill development and provide better higher and technical education. These efforts will help them start businesses and find new job opportunities.
The state will also set up the Bihar Marketing Promotion Corporation. This will strengthen agriculture, food processing, handicrafts, rural industries, and small-scale units. As these sectors grow, more jobs will open for young people.
Since 2020, Bihar has already created jobs and employment opportunities for five million people. The next goal is to reach 10 million by 2030. The government says that work to achieve this target has already begun
