Telangana: The BRS party is set to submit affidavits to the Assembly Registrar today, addressing objections raised regarding the resignation explanations of certain MLAs. The party has expressed concerns over the clarifications provided by MLAs including Krishnamohan Sanjay, Mahipal Reddy, Pocharam, Kale Yadayya, Venkatarau, Arikepudi Gandhi, and Prakash Goud.
While the explanations were initially scrutinized by the party, the Assembly Registrar requested that these objections be formally submitted in affidavit form for legal review. Following this directive, BRS is filing the affidavits today to ensure proper documentation and compliance with procedural requirements .
This move reflects the party’s proactive approach in addressing procedural issues and safeguarding its stance on the MLAs’ resignations.
