EO Murder Case investigation after arrest of Ramdhani’s brother-in-law in Krishna Bhushan killing

The EO Murder Case in Bihar has taken a new turn as police arrested the brother-in-law of the main accused while continuing their search for other suspects. The EO Murder Case relates to the killing of Sultanganj municipal executive officer Krishna Bhushan Kumar inside his office.

Police registered a case based on the statement of a local inspector. Investigators named Ramdhani Yadav, his driver Deepak, and his brother-in-law Piku in the FIR. Authorities produced Deepak and Piku in court and sent them to judicial custody after questioning.

Earlier, the main accused Ramdhani Yadav died during a police encounter just hours after the incident. Officers said the shootout happened when criminals opened fire during a weapons recovery operation. Three police officials were injured in the exchange.

Meanwhile, police are monitoring the activities of another criminal known as Kanbucha. Investigators suspect that more people may have helped plan or support the attack.

The attack also injured municipal chairman Rajkumar Guddu, who is still receiving treatment in a hospital. Police continue their investigation to identify all people involved in the deadly shooting.
