Krishna Bhushan served as the Executive Officer of the Sultanaganj Municipal Council. Armed attackers entered the municipal office and opened fire during a meeting. Bhushan reportedly tried to confront the attackers, but a bullet hit his head. He later died while being taken to the hospital.
The incident shocked officials and local residents. Many people visited his house in Madhubani to express condolences to the grieving family.
Krishna Bhushan leaves behind his wife, a three-year-old son, and a one-year-old daughter. His parents had already passed away, and he was the second among four brothers.
