Jagan says land resurvey was done during YSRCP government
Former Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has accused the NDA government of wrongly taking credit for the land resurvey carried out during the YSRCP regime.
Mr. Jagan said the land resurvey was a key promise made in the YSRCP election manifesto in 2019. He stated that the programme was officially launched and implemented in December 2020 when the YSRCP was in power. According to him, the resurvey helped correct land records and reduce disputes related to ownership.
He alleged that the present government is misleading the public by claiming credit for the work done earlier. Mr. Jagan added that the YSRCP government had used modern technology and conducted the resurvey in a transparent manner for the benefit of farmers and landowners.
The former Chief Minister urged people to remember the efforts taken by the YSRCP government and not be misled by false claims.
