Kishanganj road accident claimed the lives of three young men in Bihar on Friday night. The crash happened around 8:30 pm near Khaikhat Chowk on NH-327E in Kishanganj district.
According to police, the Kishanganj road accident occurred when a speeding car hit a motorcycle carrying two youths who were crossing the road. The strong impact killed both riders on the spot.
A third youth stood on the other side of the road when the accident happened. The car lost control after the collision and overturned, hitting him as well. He suffered serious injuries and died soon after the crash.
The victims were identified as Nazir Ahmed (31) and Shadab Anjum (25) from Kanta Tarabari village in Dighalbank block. The third victim, Shah Alam (25), was a resident of Khaikhat village.
Police said the two riders had gone to buy biryani after offering Taraweeh prayers. Officers seized the damaged vehicles and sent the bodies for post-mortem. Police have started an investigation into the accident.
